By creating an account or using Lyvnite, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lyvnite. If you're creating a venue or act account, you confirm you're authorised to represent that venue or act.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if anything changes.
If you create a venue or act account, you're responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you post - event listings, descriptions, and photos. Don't post anything that's false, misleading, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to use. You keep ownership of what you post, but you give Lyvnite permission to display it within the app and in our own marketing for Lyvnite. We can remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break these terms.
Some events shown in Lyvnite are aggregated from Ticketmaster and Skiddle, not posted by the venue itself. Buying a ticket for one of these events takes place on Ticketmaster's or Skiddle's own platform, under their own terms - Lyvnite is not the seller and isn't responsible for the ticketing process, refunds, or the accuracy of listings we didn't create. We may earn a referral commission on these sales.
Please don't use Lyvnite to harass anyone, scrape or misuse our data, interfere with the app's operation, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
The Lyvnite app, its design, and branding belong to us. Nothing in these terms gives you rights to use them outside the app without our permission.
Lyvnite is provided "as is". We try to keep listings accurate and the app running smoothly, but we can't guarantee an event will go ahead as listed, or that the app will be available without interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, Lyvnite isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including anything related to events or ticket purchases facilitated through third parties.
You can stop using Lyvnite and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Lyvnite after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
